Common use of Resignation or Replacement Clause in Contracts

Resignation or Replacement. of Auditors — within ten days following the date on which the Company’s auditors resign or the Company elects to change auditors, as the case may be, notification thereof, together with such supporting information as the Required Holders may reasonably request; and Sensient Technologies Corporation Second Amendment Section 1.5. Section 7.2(a) of the Note Purchase Agreement shall be and is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:
