Common use of Resignation by Trustee Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Trustee. Trustee may resign as trustee of any or all trusts formed under this Agreement at any time by giving written notice, specifying the effective date of resignation, to me or, after my death, to the beneficiaries, at the time of giving notice, of the trust. If no successor is named, a remaining cotrustee may continue to serve as sole trustee.
