Common use of Residual Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Residual Responsibility. Except as provided in Sections 6.1(a), (b), and (c) and Section 6.4, Service Provider shall be financially and operationally responsible for providing all furniture, fixtures, equipment, connectivity, space, and other facilities required to perform the Services and all upgrades, improvements, replacements, and additions to such furniture, fixtures, equipment, connectivity, space and facilities.
