Residual Basic Increases – Audio Content. For any Repeat Fees or Residual Buy-Out Fees payable following 3 years from the first broadcast of the relevant BBC Content, the Residual Basic shall be based on comparable relevant rates, for example Performance Fees and Call Fees.
