Resident Training Programs. The Resident agrees to attend the Landlord's resident orientation program upon entry into public housing and the Landlord’s post occupancy training program after entry into public housing. The Landlord will provide the Resident with training schedule information. The Landlord agrees to make special provisions to accommodate disabled, frail elderly, and medically ill Residents.
