Resident Relations Clause Samples
The Resident Relations clause establishes guidelines and expectations for interactions between residents and the property management or landlord. It typically outlines procedures for addressing resident concerns, handling complaints, and maintaining a respectful and cooperative living environment. By setting clear standards for communication and conflict resolution, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and promotes a harmonious community within the property.
Resident Relations. The Provider will establish policies and procedures to:
a. select Residents in an open, fair, consistent and non-discriminatory way;
b. serve Residents promptly and courteously, with clear and informative communication;
c. provide each Resident with access to information concerning that Resident and protect the privacy of Residents; and
d. develop an appeals process for Resident related issues. The process must be transparent and accessible for all applicants and Residents.
Resident Relations. The Property Manager will conduct monthly resident meetings complete with agenda and action items. From time to time outside speakers will be invited to discuss items of interest to the residents. Informational and educational programs will also be regularly scheduled. Resident and community volunteer groups will be supported in coordinating social events, arts and crafts, holiday gatherings, and other recreational activities.
