Common use of RESIDENT INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

RESIDENT INFORMATION. If you or the Guarantor has supplied information to us by means of a rental application or similar instrument, you represent that all such information is true and correct and was given by you and the Guarantor voluntarily and knowingly. You further represent that you understand and agree that your contact information will be shared with your roommate(s) as needed for roommate matching and room assignment purposes. Further, you acknowledge that if there is a need to disclose information regarding you and/or your rental history to law enforcement; a federal, state, or local governmental body; or another third party for governmental, legal, safety, or business purposes, Manager will provide the requested information as necessary or appropriate, including when disclosure is permitted or required by law.
