Reset Process. The Interest Rate may be revised by the Distributions Committee in accordance with the Investor Rights Agreement including the Distribution Mechanism. Such revised Interest Rate shall be deemed to be applicable to the Debentures from such date as may be notified by the Distributions Committee.
