Common use of Reset Notices Clause in Contracts

Reset Notices. On each Reset Date or within three Trading Days thereafter, the Buyer shall give a Reset Notice in the form attached hereto as ANNEX V to the Company and the Escrow Agent. If the Buyer fails to give a Reset Notice within three Trading Days after any Reset Date, the Company may so notify the Buyer and the Escrow Agent of such failure and, if the Buyer does not deliver such Reset Notice within three Trading Days after receiving such notice of failure, the Company may deliver such Reset Notice to the Buyer and the Escrow Agent.
