Common use of Reserve Data Clause in Contracts

Reserve Data. (i) (A) The oil and natural gas reserve estimates of the Company and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2009, 2008 and 2007 contained in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Information and the Prospectus are derived from reports that have been prepared by, or have been audited by, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as set forth and to the extent indicated therein, and (B) such estimates fairly reflect the oil and natural gas reserves of the Company and its subsidiaries, as applicable, at the dates indicated therein and are in accordance, in all material respects, with Commission guidelines applied on a consistent basis throughout the periods involved; and
