Reserve Data. The oil and natural gas reserve estimates of the Company and its subsidiaries as of June 30, 2013 and as of December 31, 2010, 2011 and 2012 contained in the most recent Preliminary Prospectus are derived from reports that have been audited (or, in the case of the estimates as of December 31, 2010, prepared) by either (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or (b) ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Company, L.P., as set forth and to the extent indicated therein; and such estimates fairly reflect, in all material respects, the oil and natural gas reserves of the Company and its subsidiaries, at the dates indicated therein and are in accordance, in all material respects, with Commission rules and guidelines that are currently in effect for oil and gas producing companies applied on a consistent basis throughout the periods covered.
