Reserve Amount. An amount equal to two hundred percent of the estimated Added Facilities Installation Costs and Line Extension Costs, which based on Exhibits A and A-1 as of the Effective Date and as applied to Phase 1 of the Added Facilities only, is equal to $2,300,000.
