Reserve Account Withdrawals. (a) Subject to Clause 5.4(b) in respect of items (i) and (ii) only, on each Payment Date, the Issuer shall apply all amounts then on deposit (without giving effect to any deposits thereto pursuant to Sub-Clause 5.2 and 5.3) in the Issuer Reserve Account as follows (and in each case only to the extent of funds available in the Issuer Reserve Account):
