Reservations to SITLA Clause Samples

Reservations to SITLA. Subject to the rights and privileges granted to Lessee under this Amended and Restated Lease, SITLA hereby excepts and reserves from the operation of this Amended and Restated Lease the following rights and privileges: (a) Rights-of-Way and Easements. SITLA reserves the right, following consultation with Lessee, to establish rights-of-way and easements upon, through, or over the Property, if such grants will not unreasonably interfere with Lessee’s use and operations under this Amended and Restated Lease, for roads, pipelines, electric transmission lines, transportation and utility corridors, mineral access, and any other purpose deemed reasonably necessary by SITLA.
