Common use of Reservation of Warrant Shares; Listing Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Warrant Shares; Listing. The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available, free from preemptive rights, out of its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock, for the purpose of effecting the exercise of Warrants, the full number of shares of Common Stock then issuable upon the exercise of all outstanding Warrants. Throughout the period of time during which this Warrant may be exercised, the Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Warrant Shares authorized for listing on the New York Stock Exchange or on any other successor national securities exchange or other relevant market on which the Common Stock is listed, admitted to trading or traded.
