Common use of RESERVATION OF RIGHTS TO GP TECHNOLOGY Clause in Contracts

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS TO GP TECHNOLOGY. Except for the licenses expressly granted by GP to BMX under section 3.1, no right, title, or interest in or to the GP Technology shall pass from GP to BMX under this Agreement or otherwise vest in or become the property of BMX. Except as expressly set forth in section 7.6, GP shall retain the unrestricted right to use and/or license for use the GP Technology for any purpose whatsoever, inside or outside the ANAIS Field.
