Common use of Reservation of REIT Shares Clause in Contracts

Reservation of REIT Shares. The General Partner shall at all times reserve and keep available a sufficient number of authorized but unissued REIT Shares to permit the exchange of all of the outstanding Series A-4 Preferred Units pursuant to this Section 21.8.

Reservation of REIT Shares. The General Partner shall at all times reserve and keep available a sufficient number of authorized but unissued REIT Shares to permit the exchange of all of the outstanding Series A-4 C Preferred Units pursuant to this Section 21.822.8.
