Common use of Reservation of Landlord’s Rights Clause in Contracts

Reservation of Landlord’s Rights. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Landlord explicitly reserves, without limitation, the following rights, each of which Landlord may exercise without liability to Tenant, and the exercise of any such rights shall not be deemed to constitute an eviction or disturbance of Tenant’s use or possession of the Demised Premises and shall not give rise to any claim for setoff or abatement of Rent or any other claim or otherwise affect any of Tenant’s obligations hereunder:
