Common use of Reservation and Listing of Shares Clause in Contracts

The Company hereby agrees that at all times there shall be reserved for issuance and delivery upon exercise of the Warrants, such number of shares of its Common Stock as shall be required for issuance and delivery upon exercise of the Warrants.
