Reseller. Reseller represents and warrants that: (a) it has the legal power to enter into and perform its obligations under this Agreement and has obtained and will maintain any and all consents, approvals, licenses, or other authorizations necessary for the performance of its obligations under this Agreement; and (b) it will not make any representations or warranties on SFDC’s behalf without SFDC’s prior written consent.
