Research Services. Subject to the broad supervision of the Investment Adviser and the Fund, the Investment Sub-adviser shall provide the Manager and the Investment Adviser with such economic research and securities analysis as the Manager and the Investment Adviser may from time to time consider necessary for the proper supervision of the Fund's assets.
