Research Repository Clause Samples
The Research Repository clause establishes the requirements and procedures for storing, managing, and accessing research data and materials generated under an agreement. Typically, it outlines where the repository will be located, who will have access to it, and the standards for maintaining and updating its contents. For example, it may specify that all research outputs must be deposited in a designated institutional database and made available to authorized parties. This clause ensures that research data is preserved, accessible, and managed in a consistent manner, thereby supporting transparency, reproducibility, and compliance with institutional or funding requirements.
