Research Plan and Changes. The Research Plan/Statement of Work (SoW) of this CRADA, its duration, and its objectives are detailed in Appendix A. The research under this CRADA shall be performed on a reasonable efforts basis. Collaborator certifies the correctness of the information contained in Appendix A.
Research Plan and Changes. The description, duration and objectives of the research to be conducted under this CRADA are detailed in the Research Plan, attached and incorporated as part of this CRADA at Appendix A. Specific elements of Appendix A may, upon mutual agreement of the Parties, be revised from time to time during the term of this CRADA, and such revisions neither require nor constitute an amendment to this CRADA. The research under this CRADA shall be performed on a reasonable efforts basis.
