RESEARCH ISSUE. The purpose of the study is to explore the understanding of environmental goods within the EGA initiative, and compare it with concepts of green economy, production and products in order to evaluate the credibility of the EGA as a driving force on meeting essential environmental and sustainability challenges, especially the needs and aspirations of the new UN Sustainable Development Goals.
