Rescheduling & Cancellations. If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 5 days prior to their shoot without penalty. Should client fail to give 5 days’ notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, the retainer is forfeited and will not be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.
Rescheduling & Cancellations. 5.1 Where Client wishes to reschedule the Production it shall notify Slingshot immediately of the same and any rescheduling of a Production shall be subject to Slingshot being able to accommodate the rescheduling (which Slingshot shall use its reasonable endeavours to do) and to the renegotiation of the Fee payable by Client to take into account any additional fee that may be incurred by Slingshot as a result of such rescheduling. Slingshot shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately on giving notice in writing in the event that it is unable to accommodate any rescheduling or if the parties are unable to agree revised fee. 5.2 Where the Production is cancelled, either by Client or as a result of the termination of this Agreement by either party (save where the Agreement is terminated by Client as a result of a Slingshot breach pursuant to clause 12.1.1 in which case no cancellation fee shall be payable) Client shall pay to Slingshot the Cancellation Fee detailed below less the Deposit, if any, together with any additional costs already incurred or committed to by Slingshot pursuant to this Agreement prior to such cancellation. 5.3 If Client cancels this Agreement within two days of the Commencement Date no Cancellation Fee shall be payable. If Client cancels this Agreement at any time prior to 7 days before the commencement of the Services Client shall pay 25% of the Fee detailed in the Proposal and in the event that Client cancels this Agreement within two days of the commencement of the Services Client shall pay 40% of the Fee detailed in the Proposal.
Rescheduling & Cancellations. Our practice is dedicated to quality care and exceptional service. Our doctors and team spend extensive amounts of time preparing for your visit. Broken and missed appointments create scheduling problems for our team as well as other clients. If you find that you must change your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice (2 business days), so that we may make every effort to accommodate other clients. Rescheduling & Cancellations. The Client has the freedom to reschedule the installation with a written 14 day notice. The Client may reschedule for any date within the next 365 calendar days, at the convenience of Balloon Stylings, without being charged a cancellation fee. The reschedule date is subject to availability. If we are unavailable, the below cancellation policies and fees will apply. We suggest that if the Client needs to reschedule, they include the preferred date to reschedule as well as a second choice, in the event that the first choice is unavailable. The Client has the freedom to cancel at any time without receiving a cancellation fee, so as Balloon Stylings receives a written notice within 14 days. If a written notice is not received by Balloon Stylings within 14 days of the scheduled installation, the Client will assume a $100 cancellation fee. Please be aware, any and all payments made towards any of the following, including but not limited to; retainer fee, materials, supplies, labor, etc. will be forfeited and considered non-refundable. Removing or adding decor to an installation can not be done after the Terms & Conditions have been signed. A separate order may be placed for any additions the Client wishes to have for the event, however it is at the sole discretion of the Creative Director, whether or not that order is accepted or declined. If the new order is accepted, it will be subject to the entire Terms & Conditions, as stated in this agreement. This includes 50% of the total balance of the order as a retainer fee. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to confirm if the venue allows; helium tanks, helium balloons, tall structures, wall hangings, tall ladders, etc. prior to any payment made to Balloon Stylings. If the Client fails to confirm the venue’s rules for balloons, helium tanks/balloons, wall hangings, tall ladders, etc. prior to making any payment(s), said payment(s) will be forfeited and considered non-refundable.
Rescheduling & Cancellations. Toledo Pride is set to take place on Saturday, August 24, 2013. Toledo Pride reserves the right to reschedule or cancel Toledo Pride 2013 or any individual events if necessary for any reason, including, but not limited to: weather, failure to receive commitments from the necessary number of sponsors, failure to reach agreement with applicable authorities on any issue related to Toledo Pride 2013; or other acts beyond the control of Toledo Pride, e.g. fire, strike, war, change of law or regulation, public catastrophe. If Toledo Pride is cancelled in whole, the Pride of Toledo Foundation will issue refunds based on monetary amounts actually paid directly to Toledo Pride 2013. No further refunds or other amount will be due from the Pride of Toledo Foundation and in no case will the amount of refund exceed the amount of sponsorship fee paid. If a sponsor fails to attend Toledo Pride 2013, the business/organization will not be refunded. The Pride of Toledo Foundation is a registered 501(c)(4) charitable organization.
