Resale Limitations. Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary contained herein, the Rights Holder may not sell any Registrable Securities within the first six (6) months following the date on which the Registration Statement required by SECTION 2.1 becomes effective (the "Effective Date") without the prior written consent of the Company.
