Requisitions on Title. For the purposes of Clause 5.1 of this Contract the Purchaser may only submit to the Vendor requisitions in the form of Requisitions on Title Form 2017 (Town Land) or in the case of Strata Title property Requisitions on Title Form 2017 (Strata Title).
