Requirements/Certificates. Insurance coverages required herein ------------------------- of either party (other than any self-insured portion) shall be provided through insurance companies rated A or better by Best's, or insurers of comparable recognized responsibility. The reference to insurance limits in Exhibits 12.1 and 12.2 shall not in any event limit either party's liability to the other. Within 10 days of the date of this Agreement, and thereafter at the request of either party, the other party shall furnish one or more certificates of insurance indicating: (a) that insurance of the types described above is provided in at least the limits set forth above; (b) the name of the insurance company or companies carrying such coverage; (c) the effective date and expiration dates of such coverage or policies; and (d) that thirty (30) days advance written notice will be given to the parties of any material change or alteration of the policies or coverage.
