Requirements and Benefits if Executive Is Employee of Subsidiary of Company. If the Executive is an employee of any Subsidiary of the Company, he shall be entitled to all of the rights and benefits of this Agreement as though he were an employee of the Company and the term "Company" shall be deemed to include the Subsidiary by whom the Executive is employed. The Company guarantees the performance of its Subsidiary under this Agreement.
