Requirement One. It has been established that each year, all employees shall participate in performance reviews relating to their position. The results of the performance review(s) will be evaluated when considering movement through the salary grid. The municipality provides the incentive for training and development opportunities for all employees. These training and development opportunities provide the employee with the ability to advance their ability to perform their duties- thereby benefiting the municipality.
