Required Trainings Clause Samples
The Required Trainings clause mandates that certain individuals, such as employees or contractors, must complete specified training programs as a condition of their engagement or continued participation. Typically, this clause outlines the types of training required—such as safety, compliance, or technical instruction—and may set deadlines or renewal periods for completion. Its core function is to ensure that all relevant parties possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles safely and in accordance with legal or organizational standards, thereby reducing risk and promoting compliance.
Required Trainings. Establish and maintain working linkages through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with a resource network of community and social service agencies serving or having an interest in the target population. MOUs will encourage networking, coordination, and referrals to help address the needs of the participants, their families, and supportive allies. MOUs will be in place within 60 days of the contract start date. Grantee will maintain copies of the signed MOUs on file for System Agency review upon request. All MOUs will include:
Required Trainings. Attendance at mandatory training sessions or meetings conducted by JFG is critical to the successful implementation of the program and achievement of the performance goals as outlined on page 2 of this Agreement. Required training sessions include the following:
1. Treasure Hunters – Four (4) quarterly trainings
a. August 2 & August 3, 2017 b. October 5, 2017 c. January 25, 2018 d. April 19, 2018
2. Site Supervisors – Initial training
3. Principals – Meeting with The Foundation’s JFG Director
a. May or June 2017 pending execution of Agreement
Required Trainings. 1. If a Supervisor requires attendance at any training outside of assigned workday hours, the Board shall pay the employee’s hourly rate for the time of attendance, and will not be charged as in-service hours.
2. All teaching assistants working in a Decatur Public School shall register for trainings and in-service on the district’s online software. County Employees shall receive written notification of all trainings and instructions, approval requirements and registration process in lieu of the district’s online software.
3. All required trainings needed to satisfactorily perform job duties must be provided by September 30 of the school year, or within 30 calendar days of the employee’s hiring date, if hired after the beginning of the school year. Time spent in such training shall not be counted as optional in-service time. Employees who have not received job related optional trainings, shall not be required to perform those specific duties.
Required Trainings. All SHSDP staff shall comply with the training requirements outlined in Attachment H, Supervised Living Group Home Standards.
Required Trainings. The District shall provide reimbursement for class fees and materials associated with classes such as First Aid/CPR/Epipen that it requires a member to take. Mandatory online trainings shall be on District time and within the 8 hour workday.

Required Trainings a. Providers must enroll in the Maine Roads To Quality (MRTQ) registry.
b. All Child Care Providers, Teachers, and directors associated with Child Care Providers (excluding Relative Child Care Providers) must have successfully completed the Department- Approved orientation training that includes, at a minimum, the Health and Safety Standards below, within ninety (90) calendar days of beginning his/her work with Children as required by federal law (45 C.F.R. § 98.41).

d. All Provider must have completed Pediatric first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training.

f. All Child Care personnel are required to be mandated reporters; meaning all Child Care personnel are required to report any suspected incident of child abuse or neglect and shall complete at least once every 4 years mandated reporter training approved by the department. Required Trainings. Curriculum vitae of the Medical Directors must indicate special training or experience in family planning if the Medical Directors are not board-certified OBGYNs. Medical Directors who are not board-certified OBGYNs should participate in training or continuing education related to Family Planning on an annual basis and should maintain documentation of their participation. Required Trainings. A. Contractor’s staff must complete Confidentiality and HIPAA Privacy and Security training.
B. Contractor shall complete these trainings utilizing agreed upon format in consultation with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and provide Attestation of trainings to KernBHRS upon completion.
C. Prior to access of the KernBHRS Electronic Health Record, Contractor shall complete virtual on-line SmartCare training.
Required Trainings. Maintain all documents that require participant, staff, or volunteer signature in the individual’s physical record for System Agency.
