Required Statements. In accordance with Charter § 1057‐a, the Contractor hereby agrees as follows: 1. The Contractor shall advise all persons seeking voter registration forms and information, in writing together with other written materials provided by the Contractor or by appropriate publicity, that the Contractor’s or government services are not conditioned on being registered to vote. 2. No statement shall be made and no action shall be taken by the Contractor or an employee of the Contractor to discourage an applicant from registering to vote or to encourage or discourage an applicant from enrolling in any particular political party. 3.
