Common use of Required Software Clause in Contracts

Required Software. Customer acknowledges that use of certain SaaS Services requires the installation of the Required Software as a pre- requisite for using such SaaS Services. Customer agrees to install such Required Software, including any required updates if and when available. To the extent applicable to the SaaS Services to which Customer has subscribed, SailPoint hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except in accordance with Section 12.1 (Assignment)), non-sublicensable license to install, execute, copy, display, or otherwise use the Required Software in accordance with the Documentation, solely in connection with the Services, during the Term, in each case subject to the terms of this SaaS Agreement.
