Required Reports and Forecasts. At least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the following periods, Reseller shall provide to Flexera the following reports and forecasts. Reseller shall provide the forecast to Flexera in the format reasonably requested by Flexera, including through input in a Web or application interface provided by Flexera.
