Subordination If an insolvency Event occurs with respect to the Titling Trust, any claim that any related TRO Holder or Holder of a Certificate, as the case may be, may seek to enforce at any time against the Titling Trust or the Specified Assets of any Specified Interest other than the Specified Interest in connection with which the applicable TRO Document or Certificate, as the case may be, was issued or entered into will be subordinate to the payment in full, including post-petition interest, of the claims of all TRO Holders, and all Holders of Certificates, ill each case related to such other Specified Interest.
