The individuals selected to serve as Safe/Clean Team members must be task-oriented, capable of performing their duties with minimal supervision, and able to consistently deliver services with a high degree of professionalism. In order to fulfill this requirement, the Contractor will be required to develop an excellent recruitment program to ensure the right employees are selected and trained. Safe/Clean Team members will exhibit professionalism, a strong work ethic, and comprehensive knowledge of the district layout, with special attention to high-traffic zones.
