Required Permits; Approvals. Subject to the limitations placed on Operator’s authority in Section 2.2 and the responsibilities and obligations reserved to Owner in ARTICLE 3, including those contained in Section 2.2(h) and Section 3.6, respectively, Operator shall obtain, maintain and comply with all the Required Permits, the Required Regulatory Approvals and other approvals necessary for Operator to operate, maintain, and make Capital Improvements to the Plant and otherwise perform its obligations under this Agreement.
