Required Periodic Performance Reports. Grantee agrees to submit Performance Reports as requested and in the format required by Grantor. Performance Measures listed in Exhibit E must be reported quarterly, unless otherwise specified in PART TWO or PART THREE. Unless so specified, the first of such reports shall cover the first three months after the Award begins.
