Required Parking. A minimum of 2 spaces per dwelling unit shall be provided. The driveway width shall be subject to the Bylaw S-▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Bylaw, and shall extend to provide sufficient depth for 2 parking spaces on the lot (a garage shall be considered to provide one space). Where on-street parking is not to be provided, 3 parking spaces per dwelling shall be provided. The additional space may be provided on the lot, or in a common off-street visitor parking area which shall be maintained by the Developer pursuant to Section 2.8.
