Common use of Required Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Required Loan Documents. The Borrower shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Collateral Custodian or the Collateral Administrator, in accordance with Article XII, a hard copy or electronic copy of the Required Loan Documents and the Loan Asset Checklist pertaining to each Loan Asset within five Business Days of the Cut-Off Date pertaining to such Loan Asset; provided that any financing statement or other document required to be file-stamped by a governmental authority shall be delivered as soon as they are reasonably available (even if not within five (5) Business Days of the related Cut-Off Date).
