Required Licenses and Regulatory Fees. Manager shall procure and maintain all necessary licenses and permits for the installation, use and operation of the Equipment (if necessary) and the Licensed Premises (other than the professional medical licenses of Medical Group and its Physicians (as such term is defined in section 3)), and shall pay all related licensing, inspection and regulatory fees.
