Required Confined Space Program. (CCR Title 8, Division 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter 7, Section 5157). Permit‐required space entry is allowed only through compliance with a permit‐required confined space program meeting the requirements of Section 5157 of the General Industrial Safety Orders. During entry operations, or at the conclusion of entry operations, verbally notify Engineer of the permit space program followed, and of any hazards confronted or created in permit‐required spaces during entry operations.
