Required Capacity. Contractor shall provide commercial Recyclable Materials collection service to all Commercial Service Units in the service area at no additional cost and Commercial Organic Waste collection service shall be provided upon subscription. For each Service Unit, Contractor shall offer a minimum capacity of commercial Recyclable Material collection as requested by the Service Recipient. The maximum capacity offered shall be measured as the total cubic yards collected weekly for commercial Solid Waste collection service.
