Required API(s) Clause Samples

Required API(s). Developer shall, prior to using any Interface in commercial production to make API Requests for Shipping Information, ensure that each such Interface integrates the UPS APIs listed on Exhibit A under “Required APIs” in accordance with the corresponding Technical Documentation. This requirement does not apply to any Software that operates as an Interface and for which the Technical Documentation indicates that Security Elements are issued by UPS through the Software; all such Security Elements are deemed “Developer Security Elements” under this Agreement.
