Required Activity. All agencies utilizing National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) funding for overtime enforcement are required to participate in both the “Click it or Ticket” and the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” mobilizations. Agencies will be requires to report their activity to the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Ohio Traffic Safety Office by the required deadlines. Dates of the mobilizations will be announced later.

Required Activity. The Service Provider shall receive and discharge detained juveniles only to and from properly identified ICE/ERO personnel or other properly identified Federal law enforcement officials with prior authorization from ICE/ERO. Presentation of and satisfactory inspection of valid U.S. Government identification will constitute “proper identification.” The Service Provider shall furnish receiving and discharging services twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. ICE will furnish the Service Provider with reasonable notice of receiving and discharging detained juveniles. The Service Provider shall ensure positive identification and recording of detained juveniles and ICE officers. The Service Provider shall not permit medical or emergency discharges except through coordination with on-duty ICE officers.

Required Activity. Information - Paragraph 27 Requires a list of information that must be provided to the Secretarial General in connection with a mining test pilot. Allseas will be required to provide the information necessary under Paragraph 27, and specified in the demarcation table, to DeepGreen to provide to the ISA on a timely basis. Such information includes, for the avoidance of doubt, methods of mining, processing and transporting, including duration of test, and test plans.
