Requests for Shift Preferences. All applications for a shift preference must be submitted in writing to the applying employee's immediate supervisor within the application period set forth below. Thereafter, the Employer will post on the bulletin board the contemplated changes resulting from the submitted requests and such changes will go into effect on the date indicated by the following schedule:
