Common use of Requests for Loans Clause in Contracts

Requests for Loans. A Trust must give the Lender notice of a request for a Loan at least one Business Day prior to the day on which such Trust wishes to receive the Loan. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Lender will make the requested Loan on the Business Day specified in the notice in immediately available funds in accordance with such Trust’s payment instructions.
