REQUESTING NOTARY SERVICES. From time to time, Solidifi may submit to User a request to perform Notary Services. Solidifi may notify User of a request by email, phone or other manner in the discretion of Solidifi. Solidifi may provide User the details and requirements of the request through similar means. User acknowledges that the arrangements with Solidifi set out herein are not exclusive and that Solidifi shall have the right to engage and compensate such other notaries to provide services that are similar to the Notary Services provided by User under these TOS.
