Common use of Requesting Instructions Clause in Contracts

Requesting Instructions. The Collateral Agent may at any time request directions from the Payees as to any course of action or other matter relating to the performance of its duties under this Security Agreement, and the Payees shall promptly comply with such request. Directions given to the Collateral Agent by the Requisite Payees shall be binding on each of the Payees. The Collateral Agent, in taking action pursuant to this Section 16, shall be entitled to rely on instructions given by the Requisite Payees.
