Requesting Instructions. The Collateral Agent may at any time request directions in writing from the holders as to any course of action or other matter relating to the performance of its duties under this Agreement and the First Mortgage Bond Documents and the holders shall promptly comply with such request. Directions given to the Collateral Agent by the Required Holders shall be binding on each of the holders.
